Jazz Foundation of America

Jazz Foundation of America

For more than 35 years, the nonprofit Jazz Foundation of America has worked to keep jazz, blues and R&B alive by helping musicians in need. When illness, accident, disaster or old age impacts the lives of working musicians, the JFA is there with compassion and discretion to help provide emergency assistance, pro bono medical care, financial support and meaningful gig and work opportunities.

With a dynamic group of musicians, advocates and licensed clinical social workers overseeing day-to-day operations, the JFA is a small team that accomplishes big things. Their methodology is rooted in fostering long-term, personal relationships to empower clients and restore hope and dignity in their most trying times. Through recent seismic shifts in the music industry, extreme weather events across the country, and a devastating pandemic, the JFA continues their important work providing support in more than 7,000 cases a year nationwide.

We created a special section of items to help raise crucial funds to keep the JFA going strong. All profits received from the sale of these items go directly to the JFA’s Musicians’ Emergency Fund.
